Prior to booking an appointment, our team will email you an event or wedding preliminary checklist to start the process of recognizing if we are the right fit for you. This checklist will give us an idea of what your event or wedding vision looks like.
We want to review the designs that you gravitate towards, what catches your eye, and what have you pinned multiple times! It is the most important part of preparing for your first consultation.
This is the decor consult meeting where we can meet in person at our showroom or virtually with clients to further discuss the elements of the design for their special day. The purpose of this meeting is to explore colour palettes, play with different concepts and designs, and review decor and floral expectations.
After this meeting, we provide an email with a prospective proposal with a la carte pricing and inspirational photos, to help clients decide if we are the right fit for them.

Now that you have saved the date with Elite, you are officially a booked client. This meeting will be conducted between 2-4 months prior to the event date at our showroom location or virtually. This timeline can vary based on your booking date time frame from your event date.
In this meeting, we will review and reconfirm your colour palette, aesthetic, and items secured in your invoice. Moodboards and mock ups (on request) are provided during this time for clients to envision what their design could look like!
For clients who have not booked a full decor and floral service and chosen individual items, your final details will be confirmed via email communications.
A La Carte clients can choose to upgrade to a full decor and floral booking based on our event scheduling availability.
There is magic in your story, and art in our brand.
Once we receive your inquiry and if we are still available for your event date, we can soft hold your date until our initial meeting. If we are emailing a prospective quote, the expiry date of the soft hold for your event date and quote will be noted. We cannot guarantee your date without a retainer and signed documents.
We are in house preferred vendors at The Guild Inn Estates, Eglinton Grand, and Ascott Parc venues.
We have a wide range of inventory and floral design team in house where we curate the magic!
We provide our own decor products and can assist you in outsourcing specific items you may request that we do not carry in our inventory (not applicable to all proposals and vary based services chosen overall).
We work with both silk/artificial and fresh flowers.
Silk/artificial flowers are based on inventory and availability at the time of booking. Fresh flowers are based on all-year or seasonal availability.
Yes we do! We offer services for corporate events, social events, birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, etc.
Yes! We can design more than one event per day, however based on the extent of services required for an event, it may limit us on how many can be completed per day. Some events will require a lot of hours which limits our availability for particular dates.
We work closely together with our team to prepare them to fulfill the design agreement and Safraz and Sarah in most cases, touch base in the events at some point of the day. Our team is well equipped to execute any design that Safraz and Sarah oversees.
